Written for Roland Pöntinen in 1993 during a period of instrumental music, the work was recorded 2003 at the Berwald Hall in Stockholm by the Swedish Broadcasting Corp. with Roland Pöntinen and the Swedish Radio Orchestra conducted by the late Mats Rondin.
